Reviews and Ratings
The hotel lacked in room quality with old, dark, and slightly smelly accommodations, but the service was friendly and attentive. The location offered natural serenity but was missing nearby amenities. The dining options were subpar, although the price was reasonable.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were a delight after a long day, they were outdated and not as clean as expected. The service, on the other hand, was a shining light in an otherwise challenging trip. The location, though clean and in a nice area, was a bit isolated without easy access to shops. Unfortunately, the dining experience fell short of expectations, and the facilities could use some improvements.
My stay at the lodge suite was a mixed experience. The room was outdated and not very clean, but it was well-equipped with kitchenware. The staff was amazing, especially the front staff supervisor, and they were attentive in all aspects, even when running the amusement rides. The location was good, although not very near shops, and the dining at Smokehouse Grill was not very impressive. Overall, the facilities were average.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were well-stocked but could use some fixing up, and there was a slight smell of mildew and cigarettes. However, the service was a bright light with incredibly friendly staff, though they could improve their communication. The location was good, fitting the ranch theme nicely but facing noise from an industrial mower. The dining was just okay, with some room for improvement in the service. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory with opportunity for enhancement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although clean and well cared for, had a slight smell of mildew and cigarettes which I found to be a downside, but overall, they were a nice retreat after a long day. The kitchen in the room was a convenient feature for those who prefer to cook during their stay.
